La palabra griega physis (φύσις), que en su significado original hacía referencia a la forma innata en la que crecen espontáneamente plantas y animales. El hombre está íntimamente unido a la naturaleza. Está inmerso en ella. Es solidario con su historia y su destino. El hombre está orientado hacia la naturaleza y está llamado a transformarla. Y transformándola es como él mismo se transforma, crece y progresa. No puede realizarse si no es a través de su acción sobre el universo. Y el resultado de esta actuación y transformación no puede ser más que la humanización de la naturaleza. Porque el hombre actúa como hombre y plasma, entonces, su ser de hombre en las cosas. Esta vinculación del hombre a la naturaleza postula, ante todo, su conocimiento, que pasa por el funcionamiento del medio ambiente, por ser conscientes de los atentados que sufre, por la observación de la naturaleza, por la adquisición de toda una serie de conceptos básicos. Y esta tarea transformadora de la naturaleza, el hombre la realiza mediante su trabajo. La creatividad y actividad regeneradora de la realidad es obra del trabajo del hombre. Cabe también situarse ante la naturaleza con una actitud simplemente utilitarista. La naturaleza nos sirve, podemos aprovecharla y disfrutar todas sus posibilidades. El uso del papel es para darle el toque natural, de movimiento y un sentido de vida. El color blanco representa el sentimiento de perdida yuxtaponiendo también la idea de un nuevo inicio. El proceso de colocación de las tiras de papel, refiere a la manipulación del hombre sobre la naturaleza (en esto lleva el motivo de adaptación y unión entre hombre y naturaleza).El hombre en la naturaleza El hombre está íntimamente unido a la naturaleza.
